In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the mega8888 platform, creating a Member account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and mega8888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, products, or features as notified to Members at the relevant time. In the event of conflict, the more specific terms shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the mega8888 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active.
3.2 KYC Verification. mega8888 is required under applicable compliance frameworks to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal. Members must provide a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. mega8888 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
3.4 "One Person, One Account" Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on mega8888. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided.
3.5 mega8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with age or identity verification, source of funds, or any other compliance requirement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 To use real-money Services on mega8888, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your mobile number, preferred username, and a secure password.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. mega8888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify mega8888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.3 You must not share your Account with any third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or access or attempt to access any other Member's Account. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.
4.4 You agree to promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Material inaccuracies in Account information — particularly regarding identity, age, or payment details — may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.
4.5 mega8888 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole and absolute discretion and is not obligated to provide reasons for such refusal.
Deposits to your mega8888 Wallet may be made via the supported Malaysian payment methods displayed on the deposit page, which currently include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All deposits are processed and held in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposit to the same Account and which are registered in the Member's own name. mega8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — e-wallet withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts typically complete within 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
mega8888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, and may at its discretion request supplementary documentation for large withdrawals or where there is any reason to conduct enhanced due diligence. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification without constituting a breach of these Terms.
mega8888 does not impose currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. Members are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institution or payment provider.
6.1 mega8888 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and free spin awards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to the relevant promotion, which are published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made available.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements ("WR") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable WR multiplier is specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the WR within the specified validity period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, and per payment method. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of duplicate accounts or use of multiple payment methods will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.
6.4 mega8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has been claimed in good faith prior to modification, existing wagering requirements at the time of claim will be honoured.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or exploiting software errors — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega8888 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and recovery of any amounts wrongfully obtained:
8.1 All content on the mega8888 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and user interface designs — is the property of mega8888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega8888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of winnings.
9.2 mega8888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 mega8888 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 mega8888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be regarded as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
10.2 Members are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available at all times during a logged-in session.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to restrict or cease their gambling activity may activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to a permanent Account closure. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon submission. mega8888 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent re-registration during any active self-exclusion period.

10.5 mega8888 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed and any funds deposited will be returned, less any withdrawals already made.
11.1 mega8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where mega8888 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Member, any balance remaining in the Wallet, including Real Funds and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited at mega8888's discretion.
11.3 A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mega8888 support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and absence of any outstanding disputes.
11.4 mega8888 will retain Account records for the minimum period required under applicable compliance and anti-money laundering obligations following Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority standards and the legal framework under which mega8888 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mega8888's internal disputes process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
mega8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the registered mobile number or email address on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
